- Material Characteristics & Natural Variations
You acknowledge that natural marble may possess microscopic fissures or dry seams, which are professionally treated and filled with resin during the manufacturing process. Such treatments are standard industry practices intended to enhance the stone’s structural integrity and aesthetic finish; these professional fills are not considered “repairs of breakage” or manufacturing defects.
Certain stone types (such as Travertine) naturally feature geological voids, pitting, or surface pores. These organic structures are inherent to the stone’s formation and shall not be interpreted as quality issues or signs of material degradation.
- Handcrafted Variations & Dimensional Tolerances
You acknowledge that our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Due to the nature of manual craftsmanship and the inherent properties of raw materials (stone and metal), minor variations in dimensions, shape, weight, and surface finishes are expected and inevitable. Such organic inconsistencies, provided they do not impair the structural integrity or intended functionality of the product, shall be considered unique characteristics of artisanal production and will not be recognized as design or manufacturing defects.
The coloring processes for metals such as stainless steel and brass are performed entirely by hand by skilled artisans. We intentionally select these artisanal methods to ensure the unique texture and character of each piece. Consequently, subtle variations in color tone, pattern consistency, or surface texture may occur between individual products. Such inconsistencies are inherent to the handcrafted nature of the finish and shall not be deemed as design or manufacturing defects.
Customers acknowledge that the visual representation of products on this Website is subject to the technical configurations and color settings of your terminal device (e.g., monitor, smartphone, or tablet). Significant color variations may exist between the on-screen images and the physical product due to these hardware limitations. Such discrepancies in color rendering are beyond our control and shall not be recognized as design or manufacturing defects.
- Critical Safety & Tip-over Hazard
CRITICAL SAFETY NOTICE: Our products are constructed from natural marble and metal, characterized by extreme weight and fragility. They are NOT designed or intended for use in households with children or pets. Heavy furniture poses a severe risk of serious injury or death if tipped over.
Always keep the product out of reach of children and pets. Do not place near the edges of tables or shelves, on unstable surfaces, or in areas with vigorous movement where the product may fall unexpectedly.
Always use both hands when lifting or moving the product. Avoid dropping or striking the product against hard surfaces. Do not use the product for any purpose other than its intended decorative or supportive function.
The Customer assumes all responsibility for the proper placement, stabilization, and safe handling of the product. Astorare shall not be liable for any physical injury, property damage, or death resulting from improper use, failure to secure the furniture, or accidents during manual movement.

- Curbside Delivery & Transition Risks
All furniture deliveries are strictly “Curbside Delivery.” The Customer assumes all physical risk and property damage liability during the transition of the product from the curb to the final indoor location. We are not responsible for any damage occurring during the manual movement or assembly of the product by the Customer.
